After entering my product activation code into the Registration screen, I still get "INVALID CODE" and the REGISTER button does not appear. What do I do?
If you still get INVALID CODE on the Product Registration Screen even after entering your activation code, this means that you have been supplied the wrong activation code. The most common reasons for this are confusing certain numbers and letters in the 8-digit alphanumeric BlackBerry PIN when entering it during order fulfillment. In particular the numbers 0 and 8 are easily confused with the letters D and B, respectively. Please verify your BlackBerry PIN and then contact us so that we may resolve this quickly.
I purchased a ColabNet Product via Paypal, but I have not yet received my activation code. How do I get my activation code?
You most likely forgot to enter your BlackBerry PIN on the Paypal Purchase Page. Since our product activation codes are based on your BlackBerry PIN, we cannot send your activation code until we have your PIN on file. To get this resolved quickly, please let us know your BlackBerry PIN by using the contact form on our Support Page.
How do I send my BlackBerry PIN using my BlackBerry?
1) On your BlackBerry, start composing an email to products@colabnet.com
2) While in the message body of the email you are composing, enter the keyword mypin followed by space into the keypad. The keyword mypin should now be replaced automatically by your handheld PIN and should look something like pin:210000a
3) Click on the thumbwheel and select Send
How do I send my BlackBerry PIN using my Desktop?
1) On your BlackBerry, from the main screen, locate the Options icon - sometimes this is not on the main screen, but under Settings or Tools depending on your BlackBerry’s theme.
2) Under Options, locate and open Status
3) Under Status, you should see an entry labelled PIN. Your PIN is an eight-digit alpha-numeric code. Be careful not to confuse the letter D with the number 0 and the letter B with the number 8.
4) Send your 8-digit alpha-numeric PIN to products@colabnet.com via email from your Desktop Computer
